Before placing an order, if you have any queries please contact us. If you have any other questions relating to these terms and conditions, please email lucy@lucygreigdesign.com. These terms and conditions are updated from time to time without notice to our customers.
Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Please allow up to eight weeks from the time of ordering for delivery of your jewellery. This is a guideline figure based on our busiest periods, but please email lucy@lucygreigdesign.com if you need a rush service. We will do everything we can to help, but you will need to tell us your target date in advance, and we will give you an honest assessment of whether we can meet your deadline.
For non-urgent orders, we will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always make sure that your order arrives well in advance of your wedding or other special occasion.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase. If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.
Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Product Details
We try to display as accurately as possible the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the true colour of gem stones and other materials will be represented accurately as the colours that you see depend on your monitor's display and other factors beyond our control. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.
Payment Details
Payments via our shopping cart are processed by Google Checkout at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.
International Orders
Lucy Greig Designs currently only delivers within the UK for orders processed online. If you live outside the UK, please email lucy@lucygreigdesign.com to discuss your requirements.
